Even though Dan couldn’t get to us right away, he was the first one to respond. At that point, I had already ordered some new parts but was confused as to how to get the repair done myself and Dan was kind enough to talk with me two different days after hours and walk me through the process to make sure that I didn’t cause any more damage to my unit. Thankfully, the parts worked. Everything went so well I couldn’t be more thankful!
